DSTLA, established in Almelo, is registered in the Netherlands. We have registered our office at 35, Meindert Hobbemastraat, Almelo. We can be contacted via our website or at info@dstla.nl.

3.1 Order Process
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products listed in your order at the stated prices. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order, not acceptance of your offer to purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship to the following places: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Bonaire, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Russia, Somalia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

4.2 Delivery Time
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Estimated delivery times are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases.

5.1 Return Policy
You may return unused and unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@dstla.nl

5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

5.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

6. Sports Equipment Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage
This insurance exclusively covers damage, loss, or theft of products during delivery. Coverage begins at the moment of shipment and ends upon delivery to the customer, as confirmed by tracking information provided by our fulfillment center.

6.2 Tracking and Shipping Confirmation
A tracking code is provided for all shipments. This tracking information, managed and updated by our fulfillment center, is the primary reference for determining the delivery status. Customers are advised to closely monitor the tracking information to confirm the delivery of their order.

6.3 Procedure for Loss or Damage
In the unlikely event that a package is considered lost or the contents are damaged upon arrival, we will initiate a postal investigation. This investigation is free of charge and aims to determine the cause of the loss or damage.

6.4 Compensation
If the postal investigation confirms that the package was indeed lost, we commit to providing the customer with a new product at no additional cost. The option of a refund instead of a replacement is not available under this insurance.

6.5 Liability Limitation
We are only liable for replacing shipped products. This insurance does not cover indirect damage or loss. Please consult your own insurance for additional coverage.

6.6 Premium
The cost of this insurance is €4.95 per order, regardless of the size or value of the order.

6.7 Coverage Duration
Coverage begins at shipment and ends upon delivery to the customer, or at a failed delivery attempt if the customer is unavailable to receive the package.

6.8 Claims Procedure
Claims must be submitted within 10 working days after the scheduled delivery date via email to info@dstla.com, including supporting documents such as photos and proof of purchase.

6.9 Exclusions
The insurance does not cover: a. Damage due to normal wear and tear. b. Damage caused by improper use or negligence by the customer. c. Loss or theft outside of transportation. d. Indirect or consequential damage.

6.10 Purchasing the Insurance
The insurance can be purchased during the checkout process, and the cost will be added to the total amount.

6.11 Changes to the Terms
DSTLA reserves the right to modify the terms of the sports equipment insurance at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance via the DSTLA website.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Content Ownership
All content on this webshop, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of DSTLA or its licensors and is protected by law.

7.2 Usage Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content of this webshop without our prior written permission.
